WASHINGTONIA FILIFERA
Synonym: California Palm.
It is one of the most suitable ornamental palms for coastal areas and inland areas with a mild and dry climate. It is one of the most cultivated palm species in the world.
Palm tree with thick trunk, unicaule, without capital and columnar. Its inflorescence is arched, hanging, branched and interfoliar. On the other hand, its flowers are hermaphrodite, cream-colored and fragrant, blooming in spring.
