VITIS VINIFERA
Synonym: vine.
It is a plant native to the Mediterranean Basin and the Near East. They are climbing plants that have tendrils and their fruit, the grape, can be of different varieties.
Its resistance to cold and frost depends on the cultivated species, although all require soils with organic matter and well drained.
They are ideal for covering pergolas and creating shaded areas in patios and gardens.
